Ghanaian high life legend Akosua Adjepong has disclosed that her mother was her financial back bone at the time she released her first album.
Akosua Adjepong made this revelation to David Osei on RUK Radio.
“With the help of Nana Kwame Ampadu in the year 1989, I went to the studios. But my mother was my financial back bone during the release of my first album. The album Frema was released in 1990 with the help of Nana Kwame Ampadu and my mother”, she disclosed.
Akosua Adjepong added that she will celebrate 30 years of good, energetic and soul feeding songs in her music career in the Ghana music industry.
